To cancel your account, the first thing you should do is log into your PayPal account and cancel your PayPal subscription, if appropriate. That way PayPal won't process the subscription next time it's due.
That is really all you need to do. The next invoice will be generated as usual, then 3 over due notices sent. A bit after the 3rd is sent, the account is automatically suspended at which time it will be manually looked at and appropriate action taken.
Another option, which still involves the PayPal subscription cancellation, is to log into your LotsMoreHosting client area, click the My Products & Services link, and then click on the view button for the appropriate product/service. Click on the cancellation button at the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
